Kralingseveer, known as the smallest and oldest neighborhood in the Prins Alexander district, stands out amidst surrounding neighborhoods known for their relatively young existence. Located on the banks of the Nieuwe Maas, Kralingseveer is famous for its harbor. The neighborhood is home to approximately 1,700 residents, who reside in a mix of pre-war houses and newer homes, including newly constructed ones.
