Bergpolder is a characteristic neighborhood from the 1930s. The district has two architectural monuments: the Bergpolderflat by architect Van Tijen and the Van Maanenbad. In the district you will find many multi-storey houses that are very attractive to starters and single-person households. The district therefore has many young residents. The district borders the Hofplein line on the east side. Numerous developments are taking place, under and around this monumental former railway viaduct that make the district even more enjoyable.
